In a strategic move reflecting growing competition in Nigeria’s downstream oil sector, Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, from ₦835 to ₦825 per litre.
The price adjustment is seen as part of efforts by the refinery to remain competitive as more players enter the domestic fuel supply market. The development is expected to influence pricing trends and potentially offer relief to marketers and consumers across the country.
